THE PLAYING PART
YOUR BUILD.
ITS MOMENT OF TRUTH.
Program. Test. Rethink.
Then take the next challenge.
-
Program your squad
Choose chip actions, arrange them on the hexagonal board and select a battle stance. Build around the behaviour you want to test.
-
Put ideas to the test
Take that setup into a tactical arena match. Observe the combatants, their chip boards and the changing health bars to see how the plan performs.
-
Refine and repeat
Return to your build with a new question: what should change for the next encounter? Experiment with combinations, test the result and work toward a higher rank.

YOUR STRATEGY STARTS BEFORE THE MATCH
PROGRAM YOUR NEXT MOVE.
You take the role of a super AI in a post-apocalyptic world, programming a robot squad to compete for resources. The modular chip system is the centre of the build: combine chip actions to create the behaviours you want to test.
Choose chips for the board
The current release trailer shows a chip shop beside the hexagonal programming board. Choose modular actions, arrange a build around your combatant and take that setup into battle.
Give the combination a purpose
Modular actions allow different tactical builds. Treat the arrangement as one plan: decide what you want your robot to do, try a combination that expresses that idea, and use the match to judge whether it works.
Choose a battle stance
Battle stances add another choice to the build. The release trailer shows stance effects that change cooldown behaviour or which actions can trigger. Pick one to support the plan, then check what happens in the arena.

WATCH YOUR DECISIONS MEET AN OPPONENT
LET YOUR BUILD DO THE TALKING.
Quick, complex turn-based matches put your choices to the test. Preparation and testing connect directly: the chips you choose become a strategy to evaluate against the next arena challenge.
Read the result
Arena screenshots place the combatants alongside health bars and visible chip boards. Follow those changing battle states and compare the outcome with the plan you built. Did the combination produce the behaviour you were aiming for?
Carry a question into the next build
A match is feedback for the next experiment. Reconsider a chip choice or the overall combination, then test again. The game's iterative strategy testing is about experimenting, optimizing and validating your tactics through play.

EXPERIMENTATION WITH SOMETHING AT STAKE
RETHINK. RERUN. RISE.
Circuit Stance is a strategy roguelike with a tiered scoring system. Victories move your rank upward; losses bring challenges and the risk of starting over.
One useful testing cycle
Start with a chip arrangement, take it into a match, observe the result, and revise the build before another test. Compare what happened after the change, rather than assuming a new combination must be better.
Progress through tactical learning
Ranking gives each encounter weight, while repeated testing helps you understand your build. The next decision can draw on the last battle: which ideas held up, which need another attempt, and what to change for the next opponent.
A world with personality
The game’s flat 2D robot world has plenty of personality. The current release trailer shows a Hall of Fame scene alongside chip programming, battle stances and arena encounters.

Buy chips. Build a plan.
At 00:23 in the current release trailer, the shop sits beside the hexagonal programming board. Compare the available chips with the arrangement you are building around your robot.
Watch the build in action
At 00:38, both chip boards remain visible beside the combatants. The health bars and battle effects show the result of the two setups meeting in the arena.
Give the build a stance
At 00:33, the stance-selection screen presents different effects to consider alongside the chips. This is another way to shape the behaviour you want to test.
A world beyond the chip board
At 00:58, the release trailer visits the Hall of Fame. The robot designs and colourful setting show more of Circuit Stance’s personality.
